Max is now in Year One, and although his homework is still light, it’s slowly starting to increase. Honestly, there have been times when I’ve looked at his assignments and just didn’t understand them at all. It makes me wonder how I’ll cope when his homework gets tougher in the coming years — will I be able to help him at all?
Recently, I found a website called Studypool, and I’m so glad I did! We might not need it much right now, but I can see it becoming invaluable as Max progresses. Thinking back, something like this would have been a lifesaver when I was a university student.
What is Studypool?
Studypool is an online marketplace that connects students with tutors who help them understand their academic questions. The goal isn’t to cheat — it’s to get guidance from a tutor who talks you through the problem and helps you find the answer yourself.
Whatever you’re stuck on, Studypool is here to help. Think of it as a 24/7 academic butler service ready to tackle your toughest questions or even create study guides to help you focus on learning, not busywork. You set the price you’re comfortable with, making expert help accessible to anyone.
How Studypool Works
-
Sign up and post your academic question. Set your time limit and price range (posting is free).
-
Receive bids from verified tutors ready to help. Studypool recommends the best match, but you can choose your tutor based on reviews and profiles.
-
Relax while your tutor explains the solution. You only pay if you’re satisfied with the help you receive.
My Experience
I’ve tried the site myself and found it incredibly easy to use. Signing up takes seconds, and you can post questions right away. You can even schedule live tutoring sessions via Skype, which is a brilliant feature.
