On the first day of the internship, I started working with the voice assistant of the Alfa-Bank contact center. Optimized the voice menu so that customers quickly get to the right specialist. And I did not expect that after the internship I would immediately be invited to the position of project manager! I think that my initiative helped to get the offer – I offered ideas, they were supported by colleagues. I am very grateful to the team for this.

The main thing I can advise interns is not to be afraid of responsibility and initiative. Alfa-Bank appreciates this very much.

During the internship, I had a cool leader – we quickly found a common language. I calmly joined the work while there were summer holidays at the university. In autumn, I already got used to Alfa-Bank, so it was easy to combine the internship with my studies. I took a vacation during the session.
