Panasonic announced the release of a new series of laser projectors PT-MZ880which has replaced PT-MZ770. The models included in it combine high image quality, compact and lightweight design, low noise level, extensive features and ease of setup.
Panasonic PT-MZ880 is a series of universal 3LCD-projectors with a laser light source, which will be relevant for the corporate, educational and museum market segments. They offer permission WUXGA, brightness 8000 (PT-MZ880), 7000 (PT-MZ780) or 6000 (PT-MZ680) lumens and contrast 3 000 000:1. New items come with a zoom lens with a throw ratio 1,61–2,76:1 and compatible with optional lenses, including the Ultra Short Throw Zoom Lens ET-ELU20 zero offset direct action, scheduled for release in September 2021.
The compact design, large axial shift range and the ability to use short throw optics increase installation flexibility, allowing the projectors to be placed even in rooms with limited installation space. Thanks to their presence, users using the remote control without the need to connect to a PC can make the desired settings and save them for later quick recall. The projectors feature an advanced optical engine and a dust-proof housing with special Eco Filter, which collects the smallest dust particles with an electrostatic effect, while washing and reusing the filter. To ensure increased reliability, the design uses several laser modules with a patented failover circuit that allows you to maintain performance with an imperceptible loss of brightness when the laser diodes fail. Series Models PT-MZ880 have low energy consumption (approximately 20% lessthan the devices of the previous generation), small operating costs and a long service life of the light source (20,000 hours).
