Serving in God’s Kingdom – introduction
Writing in Theseus for me is a form of ministering to those who need it. I believe that God in His grace sent me here so that I could share my faith in Him in a very practical aspect. Apart from the few cases of malcontents, I think these texts are needed by the reader of Theseus, and looking at the statistics, I believe that they help build your faith and get to know God. Today I would like to start a cycle that I would like to carry out this year in a different amplitude, which already goes deeper than conversion, new birth or the foundations of the Christian faith, which I have tried to do so far. It has been the eighth year of my writing in Theseus, and it’s time to think to share with you something more serious spiritually.
In the year that started writing in Theseus, I also became a pastor in the Pentecostal Church, the two go hand in hand because I often preach and later describe the content on Theseus, so that my readers too can be uplifted by what God places on my heart. Sometimes it also happens that before I deliver a given sermon, it is already in Theseus, because it is customary to write texts on Saturday. Before becoming a pastor, my life had been from my new birth in 1993 in continuous ministry, serving with alcoholics in a Christian mission, in rehab, and in days of recollection. I served drug addicts at the railway station in Wrocław and in the community. I was a prison chaplain for 14 years in various prisons. After all, I was in a church planting ministry where I was helping to plant one of the communities and, of course, ours. I am serving at all times in the ministry of demon release, healing, prophecy, and support groups for ACA and DDD.
I have been serving pastors for the last few years as dean. I am trying to help them develop their ministry in the cities to which God directed them. I support them spiritually and try to be like an older brother to them. This is a new ministry where I can share all my experience with my younger brothers in God’s Kingdom service. I also consider writing texts for various websites, especially to Theseus, a kind of service, God constantly inspires me to this work.
The theme of the Kingdom of God is very important, the Lord Jesus and the Apostles focused on preaching the Gospel about the Kingdom of God, teaching about the Kingdom of God and waiting for the kingdom of God. The expected – parousia – was to be the culmination of entering the Kingdom of God, a people who longed for the Lord’s return to the Church. Today, some people try to identify the Church – the Lord’s Bride with their own denomination and build theologies of one – salvation, but God’s plan includes His children – looking at the verse from the Gospel of John we can see this intention perfectly, and looking at how it happened in the Acts of the Apostles, we can see what the pattern was . John says, therefore, that those who accepted Jesus gave the right to become children of God, those who believe in His name, John 1: 10-14, the apostles repeat this truth in various ways, probably Paul most strongly in the letter to the Romans, especially.
So to speak and hear about the Kingdom of God, so that we can understand, we must belong to God by being born again, that is, believe with all our heart that Jesus Christ is the Messiah, that He came into this world, took your sins upon Himself and redeemed your sins on the Cross Golgotha. Secondly, believe that He is God and that He is risen for your justification, entrust your life to Him, call for help for yourself with all your heart. Give him every bit of your life, and He will fill you with His Holy Spirit, hold you tightly and guide you through life so that you will finally feel and be sure that your life has the deep meaning intended by your Creator.
