Small business will become the driver of the economy of the Penza region in 2022

Today, 186 small companies have become residents of business incubators. This was stated by Governor Oleg Melnichenko at a speech in Zakora on April 15, 2022, reporting on the work of the government in 2021.

– The share of small and medium enterprises is 35%. In this indicator, we take 6th place in the Russian Federation, and this is a good indicator. We plan to attract 200 thousand people to entrepreneurship and small business. The residents of business incubators credited 136 million rubles of taxes and payments to various funds, ”the governor said.

In the region in 2021, 43.5 thousand small and medium -sized enterprises worked. 7 thousand subjects of SMEs were again created.

– A new form of small business – self -employed citizens. In the Penza region, 17 thousand self -employed people were registered as of January 1, 2022, which cannot but rejoice. Therefore, we will continue to help such entrepreneurs through information and financial support, ”said Oleg Melnichenko.

In 2021, 153 microloans were issued through the guarantee fund. The number of entrepreneurs applying a patent has increased 11 times.
