We tell you how to issue a shipment of a marked goods if the buyer is not registered in the labeling system of an honest sign (GIS MT).
Marked goods are shipped not only to stores for further sale. They are sold:
- for the buyer's own needs, for example, slippers to the hotel;
- for export;
- according to the state contract, for example, tires for the fleet of the city hall;
- remotely through online stores;
- free of charge for charity, for example, in orphanages.
In such cases, the buyer organization is not registered in the marking system and cannot confirm the fact of receipt. How then to report to the marking system?
In SBIS, you can easily transmit information about shipments without confirmation by the buyer to an honest sign.
How it works
1. You, as usual, create a implementation document, select a counterparty and fill it with goods with marking codes.
2. Choose whether the company-buyer is registered in the marking system.
3. Indicate for what purposes you ship the goods. For sales according to the state contract, we additionally indicate its number.
When sending a document, the SBS will not create an UPD with marking codes, but will transmit data on the output of goods by API to an honest sign.
