Consultations are carried out by specialized experts, whose qualifications are confirmed by diplomas and certificates of both the regional and all-Russian levels.
“Now many entrepreneurs have stepped up their work in social networks and use them as a way to promote their products and services. We see a big request from businesses to draw up a strategy for promoting their company in the accounts of popular social networks in Primorye, for example, such as Instagram and Facebook. Therefore, we decided to make a separate consultation in this area, ”said Victoria Petrova, director of the entrepreneurship support center (a structural unit of the My Business center).
Based on the results of the consultation on SMM promotion, each entrepreneur will receive a detailed checklist with analytics of their business profile on the social network and video instructions for setting up targeted advertising using the Facebook Ads Manager personal account. With it, he will be able to independently set up advertising and promote his goods and services in the profile or improve the work of his SMM specialists.
An entrepreneur who seeks advice should prepare a list of questions to which he wants to receive detailed answers, and, if necessary, provide data on his business project. So the consultation will be more productive and help to solve specific problems.
Now the center advises businesses in six areas: on financial matters, marketing, legal relations, labor law, licensing and patenting, information promotion or SMM promotion.
Free services of experts and professional consultants allow entrepreneurs to deal with the complexities of reporting, reduce costs for their business. Since the beginning of the year, entrepreneurs of Primorye have received about 450 consultations. In 2019 – more than 500.
Individuals can also get advice, but only in two areas related to starting a business – financial and legal.
“The duration of the consultation is about an hour.“Beginners” most often come with questions for the start of business. Consultants give advice on maintaining documentation, reporting and help to choose the optimal taxation regime by calculating the tax burden, ”said Victoria Petrova.
