Left: your perception is on the verge of impaired. You do your wives in your comics. These comments are intended to create reality, not to describe it. And so:

1. One party rule.

Currently, we have the government of four parties: Law and Justice, Solidarity Poland, Poland Together and the Right of the Republic. And that they went from one list? It is good for them that they got along, which will be discussed later. An efficient coalition is something that is beyond your horizons.

2. And how many games are there in Kukiz?

At least: National Movement, Real Politics Union, New Right Congress. So we have a broad party front. It’s a pity that Korwin didn’t join PSL.

3. What about you what was created?

The SLD BODY Coalition Green was established with a prophetic name. With what to the Nation? And if you did a wide configuration, with the current method of assigning seats, you would stay in the trough. Now SLD has come down and what has come up? Total embarrassment.

4. Duck.

You carefully avoid comparing the positions of Kaczyński and Tusk. In formal terms, Tusk had a stronger position: he was the prime minister, additionally he managed the parliamentary majority, the marshal of the Sejm, the senate, he had a majority in local governments, and he filled the Constitutional Tribunal with his votes. And what? And the regime media? And private televisions? And Wyborcza?

Tusk did what he wanted, and when he did not want to do something, he said that the PSL did not agree. This PSL had nothing to say and could only se quick on important matters.

5. Duda and Szydło.

Here we have a total schiza: once President Duda and Prime Minister Szydło are passive puppets, at the same moment but in another matter they are no longer and Kaczor has to carry out some intrigues. Complete paranoia. How much more will you talk about puppets while it is obvious that a new Duck has arisen, even more terrible than the previous one?

VI. The Court

Has any of the ranks of self-proclaimed defenders of democracy really threatened by the tribunal attempted to analyze the current situation? Well, not tempted. Is only mental indolence to blame? Not necessarily. It was like this (I present the reconstruction of accidents):

  1. The embarrassment of the previous regime began in earnest when Tusk was evacuated to Brussels and the administrator, Kopacz, was left in the country. It quickly became clear that after the elections, the new government would form PiS, whose ratings were rising and the PO was falling. But the re-election of Bronek, then still certain, was to prevent the writers from acting. Bronek would veto the guitar as well. Back then it seemed that PiS would have to form a government in a coalition with someone else.
  2. But Bronek fell down too. They kicked off the lying bill on the Constitutional Tribunal and started thinking about how to delete the constitution here.
  3. It is time to clearly state what the effect of the Jump of the Civic Platform and its court officials on the Tribunal was supposed to be? The game was to keep the Tribunal in the paws of the Platform throughout the current term of office until 2019. Prof. Rzepiński, Zoll, the rest provided legal cover, i.e. covering.
  4. judges were supposed to pass without any problems and 2 were unconstitutional, but the Tribunal was supposed to slap it on the principle: as soon as they have chosen and have taken the oath, let them have it.
  5. Hence the schiza of the Tribunal, which once said that the President is not a notary and now says that he is. And those recent judgments that add to the confusion.
  6. The most important thing is that the writers asked for goodness not to fumble at the Tribunal. The previous regime should be aware of its mental limitations, i.e. that it will not come up with anything sensible, even if it breaks. In addition, President Rzepiński greased the unconstitutional law, Prof. Zoll was pecked during his media tour. And what was it for?
  7. If only three had chosen it would somehow have passed, but nothing would have happened if they hadn’t chosen any and all five would have appointed a new term.
  8. Of course, the constitution is to blame here, which is extremely ineptly written, and I am surprised that anyone wants to endorse this crap.

It is therefore time to depoliticize the Court. If KORWiN entered, the tribunal would be abolished and introduced, for example, by the Constitutional Court and that’s it. Let me remind you that the Tribunal went after the gang on the occasion of the advocate’s self-government, then there was OFE, etc. It recognized budgetary stability as a constitutional value. And now he can recognize that when the writers rule, this stability is no longer a value and let the writers reflect what the PO was doing there. And the pisiory declares that if the Civic Platform did not carry out 48 judgments, they only 30 and there will be progress anyway.
