Low-Code and No-Code. The next stage of effectiveness
Everyone knows that the development of software (software) is expensive. Developers in demand in the market, finding a good specialist with adequate cost and terms of work is difficult. At the same time, automation and digitalization of processes are certainly necessary for business. It is especially difficult if the customer employees do not have experience in digital and it.
How to solve such a problem? The answer may be no-code (without changing the code available) and Low-Code (with complementing the software code), which are many now, and there will be even more. Experts are sure that such decisions save time and money. Consider in more detail.
Briefly about Low–Code and No–Code
Over the past decades, a huge number of programs and applications have been accumulated. The developers made it possible to create/change information systems (with an understandable intuitive interface) without compiling code, by an ordinary user with minimal training. This is no-code.

– flexibility, adaptability (the user himself creates the software that he needs).
The main drawback is that such funds are not suitable for solving complex non -set problems: the use of artificial intelligence, bulky databases, and so on. However, every year Low-Code and No-Code are becoming more and more perfect.
Technical literacy
We can say that advanced users now create/change for themselves in. It is they who use automation tools in their work. They know what they need for effective work. And developers can now switch to solving complex problems that are not yet “packaged” in Low-Code and No-Code.
Given the above, we come to the following conclusions:
1) Everyone should know about software (including Low-Code and No-Code) in their field of activity. Should be technically competent;
2) everyone should be able to use No-Code in their work. It is desirable to have basic programming skills for Low-Code;
3) if necessary, it is desirable to be able to set a task for the software developer and accompany the development process on the part of the customer.
My opinion
Before ordering a long and expensive software development, it is better to study the existing standard solutions (including free ones). Otherwise, there is a risk of inefficiently spending a significant part of the project budget and delaying the deadlines.
Low-Code and No-Code are the future, taking automation to the next level – automation automation, in which more and more specialists are participating.
Each problem, as you know, can be solved by different means. Professionals who have knowledge of modern Low-Code and No-Code solutions, who are able to apply them in a non-standard/creative way, will remain extremely in demand.
