Konami announced the PES 2019 release date for PX, Xbox and PS4, also showing some major news for one of the most anticipated soccer video games

Fans of soccer video games should mark August 30, 2018 in their calendars. It is this day that Konami has chosen for the premiere of the long-awaited PES 2019. The cover of the game this year will be Philippe Coutinho, but there will also be a special version paying tribute to David Beckham.

There are plenty of news for the three versions, Standard, Legend and David Beckham. And to the delight of players, Konami has purchased more team and player licenses for the 2019 edition than in the recent past. The real advantage of Pro Evolution Soccer 2019, however, is the graphics and the movements of the players on the pitch. Very realistic and precisely recreated. Plus, with the Magic Moments feature, you can test and create your own skill moves on the pitch. So if after a rabon, aurelio or roulette you want to put your personal copyrights on dribbling, PES 2019 is made for you.

New Features in PES 2019

Tackling in Pro Evolution Soccer has never been so difficult. Konami has introduced a new feature to the game called Visible Fatigue. This is an indicator of how much energy the player has left. The less energy a player has, the lower his speed performance will be. Just like in real life, sprinting at 100 km / h in the 90th minute will not be so easy due to the accumulated fatigue. Watch out for shots, especially those outside the penalty area, as the trajectory mechanics have been refreshed and will be affected by a new ball physics engine that will change depending on the position of the ball and the angle at which the player shoots. The goal scorer in PES 2019 will also have more cheers to choose from, and the facial expressions of fans have been updated to be as real as possible.

Graphics in 4K HDR in PES 2019

As already mentioned, the graphics will be one of the key points of this new version of Pro Evolution Soccer. This is possible thanks to the new “Enlighten” software, which will enable amazing 4K HDR graphics. In addition, the lighting and color gradients on the pitch and stands will change depending on the time of day. The lighting will also vary between half and half matches throughout the day to simulate the change in sunlight as it actually happens. All this will be possible thanks to the new Global Illumination system. Finally, in PES 2019 it will be possible to return to the game in the snow. This is an option that was missing from PES 2018.

New Features in MyClub

In PES 2019, myClub mode has changed again. The function of building your own team using real coaches and players. In PES 2019, this mode will be improved in many ways, most notably with a new reproduction of player cards that will change the way teams are built. MyClub fans will be able to find different categories of players, including both Legends and Players of the Week. The former are great icons of the past, while the latter will have changing stats based on their performance in real matches they have just played.

PES 2019, availability and prices in Italy

As mentioned, PES 2019 will be released on August 30 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Prices depend on the version we choose. PES 2019 Standard will cost 59.99 euros and will include the loan of Philippe Coutinho and David Beckham in the MyClub mode. The David Beckham Edition, on the other hand, will cost € 69.99 and will have all the features of the standard version but with the added bonus of having an English talent on MyClub permanently. The Legend edition in PES 2019 will cost 79.99 euro and will give us the opportunity to have a football legend including Maradona, Nedved, Maldini and Gullit permanently in MyClub.

Numerous new features also for those who reserve a digital game. If you book the game digitally on PC and Xbox One, you’ll receive a Romario rental and 1,000 MyClub credits. On PS4, in addition to the aforementioned bonuses, we will get a PES 2019 theme that will allow us to personalize our console when we pre-order the game on PlayStation Store.
