The actions of the collective West in relation to Russian entrepreneurs who are conducting business abroad are regarded in the Kremlin as banditry at the state level.

He noted that many leading entrepreneurs of the country whose companies operate around the world are essentially international entrepreneurs, and their companies have absolutely international status.
According to Peskov, Russian President Vladimir Putin will continue to meet with Russian businessmen, despite the threats of sanctions from the West.
According to the apparatus of the business ombudsman Boris Titov, 84% of entrepreneurs in Russia affected the Western sanctions, while on February 24, when the Russian Federation began a military special operation in Ukraine, the sanctions concerned 26% of the companies.
Against Russia and its citizens, including large businessmen, several packages of prohibitions and restrictive measures have already been taken.
