If we want to have a dog with a white coat color, it is worth paying attention first of all to the breeds where it occurs naturally. Why? Severe health defects, such as congenital deafness, are common among tetrapods who develop this color as a result of genetic mutations. However, there are quite a few breeds with a naturally snow-white coat. And what exactly are these races? We will try to introduce you to the most popular ones!

• Argentine Dog
A molossian dog from distant Argentina, he is a real strongman! The breed was bred in the early 20th century to hunt large, dangerous animals, including predators such as the South American puma. Argentine Great Danes are large, massive and extremely muscular dogs. They are composed and calm on a daily basis, but when necessary, they will fight fiercely until the very end. For this reason, in Poland they have been entered on the list of breeds considered aggressive and an appropriate permit is required to have an Argentine Great Dane.
• Tatra Sheepdog
You don’t have to look far to get a white dog! The Tatra Sheepdog is one of the five officially recognized breeds from Poland. An alert and extremely intelligent dog can work independently, showing cleverness and courage. However, he does not like strangers. For this reason, it makes an excellent watchdog, but is not recommended for city dwellers. The hustle and bustle of crowded housing estates make the Tatra Sheepdog confused, and therefore can be aggressive. In the open ground, however, it feels like a fish in the water! She will bestow a patient caregiver with great trust and love, becoming an inseparable companion for life.
• Swiss Shepherd Dog
Originating from a highland country, the breed is closely related to the German Shepherd. White Swiss Shepherds are brave and full of energy, and at the same time do not show aggressive behavior. Their upbringing is not particularly demanding, but it should be noted that these dogs are extremely sensitive to the use of punishments. Due to their temperament, loyalty and intelligence, they are perfect companion dogs that are friendly to the whole family.

Belonging to the Spitz, besides being cute and fluffy, he is also multi-talented. No wonder, after all, these dogs have been accompanying the Siberian Samoyed tribe (hence the name of the breed) in their daily activities for hundreds of years! During the day they pulled sleds and helped with hunting, and at night they warmed their owners with their extremely thick and warm hair. Vibrant samoyeds love movement and all physical activity. Therefore, they are recommended for people who value a few-hour hike or a bicycle trip more than an afternoon on the couch. Dogs of this breed are intelligent, cheerful and sociable, so as long as they are provided with the right dose of exercise, they also feel great in the city.
