To teach a course just to be there is a thing of the past. Currently, trainings are organized in such a way that the graduates gain the goal: employment. We write which courses give almost 100% guarantee of permanent work, how long they last and what exam ends.

The times of training for the training itself are over. Now the courses are to bring tangible benefits, and thus permanent employment. Some training companies or course centers boasted years ago that they achieved over 95% effectiveness of classes. But no one knew how they figured it out. Then it turned out that they only considered the effectiveness of theā€¦ theoretical classes. The unemployed or jobseekers participating in these trainings were not asked whether they had found a job after the course.

It happened – and not so rarely – that courses for office workers were organized, although in a given poviat labor office there was not a single job offer in this profession. It was similar with training for day-room teachers, archivists, property managers, nutritionists and psychologists. Not only did few people find a job after graduation, it was also difficult to recruit. Few of the unemployed were willing to take part in this type of training.

What is it ?: Training for employment

Times have changed, however. There are more and more courses that offer an almost 100% guarantee of employment after completing them and passing the exam. We only describe some of the vocational courses that are the fastest way to find a job.

Welder

In Poland, there are many graduates, but there are too few professionals who are qualified manual workers. This is e.g. for welders. This profession is at the top of the ranking of the 10 most difficult jobs to find an employee. Some companies in the industry have been looking for a dozen or even several dozen welders for years. They offer a salary much higher than the national average, plus free accommodation (or at least help in finding a business flat) and employee benefits (e.g. free gym tickets, cinema tickets), but willing – as for medicine. Welders who have been employed for years usually have such attractive working and salary conditions (e.g. PLN 6,000 net) that they are not willing to change the company. This is why training for the unemployed, including, for example, 300 hours, is very popular in this profession. And this despite the fact that they end with an external exam, which is usually more difficult. It happens that on the second day after passing the exam, a freshly baked welder starts working in a new company.

Locksmith

He is in a similar situation to the welder. The offer of high wages and employee-related benefits will not tempt experienced locksmiths to change employers, because they are already guaranteed to do so. The welder course lasts approximately as long as the welder’s course and also ends with an external exam.

Car mechanic and electromechanic

They are also worth their weight in gold. Wanted by small family car repair shops or car concerns, they can earn PLN 5,000 per hand. A mechanic training course lasts, for example, 200 hours. Finally, there is an internal exam.

Operator of lift trucks and warehouse worker

This is another job where there is a shortage of manpower. Even immediately, jobs are offered by supermarkets. Sometimes one large-area store would welcome several such professionals overnight. However, you must have a certificate of completion of the course. And this one takes an average of 80 hours for a lift truck operator and almost 180 hours for a warehouse-logistics training, or 80 hours for a warehouse worker training. In both cases, the students will have an external examination.

Armor-concrete worker

Not only construction site masons are in demand. It turns out that there are even more vacancies in the steel-concrete fixer competition. The vocational course usually consists of 200 hours. After that, you need to pass an internal exam.

Truck driver

The transport industry is one of the most dynamically developing. This includes that’s why there is no shortage of job offers for truck drivers. Whoever completes the course will have no trouble finding a job. The training lasts, for example, 190 hours (category C driving license with accelerated initial qualification in the scope of a category C driving license) or more than 230 hours if it is a category C plus E driving license. An external examination is required.

Bus driver

Even 3-4 years ago, you could choose from among offers for tram drivers. Currently, there are many more vacancies for bus drivers. For example, municipal and communal transport facilities are waiting for the staff. You need to obtain a category D driving license. The course (similarly with accelerated pre-qualification), which ends with an external examination, should take approximately 220 hours.

Guardian of the elderly and disabled

These works are only apparently simple. For this reason, the interest is negligible, and yet the centers and social welfare houses have vacancies at their disposal. The Tutor’s Course lasts approximately 120 hours, culminating in an internal examination.

Seamstress and seamstress

Case: A 20-person company will even immediately accept 10 seamstresses. This situation is not uncommon. Dressmakers are also included. The training usually covers 200 hours (seamstress) or 220 hours (seamstress). Finally, the participants will have an internal examination.
