Salvation of Satan. Binarius difference.

“Binarius Difference” is the name of a conceptual abstraction that I painted in an attempt to depict the thought pattern of my understanding of the key messages of the Old and New Testament . At first, I didn’t know if this abstraction was an image of thoughts or an Icon. However, resigning from such a risky comparison, I prefer to say that it is a concept referring to the Icon. I tried to capture the basic features of the Icon: First, everything has its meaning here. Secondly, even temporality is here non-generic, presented a-temporally only as a pattern, because the reality of the sacred is not temporal. Thirdly, just like the Icon, it brings out light from each of its elements. Each geometric figure illuminates with a delicate, barely visible glow. It is much more subtle than with the Ikon, but I did not want to emit the same light, considering it was reserved exclusively for the Ikon. Each color contains an ingredient that combines them, which is a typical painting procedure aimed at maintaining the color composition in such a way that even the most contrasting colors “do not clash with each other”, but only harmonize. This color is red. This abstraction was made with oil paints, which is another difference between it and the tempera Icons. Therefore, it is a tribute to the Holy Scriptures written and to the Holy Scriptures in the Image, which are Icons.

Module 1 shows Creatio ex nihilo , hence black as nothingness – literally understood as ouk-on or as emptiness: Me-on. Black, when you look at it, also shines with radiance – according to the Tradition of Judaism and Christianity, nothing has preceded God – he is the Alpha and the Omega. Red symbolizes the Blood of God, his Life, from which he began to conceive the world in its present shape. The black square is Satan, according to Paul Evdokimov – Alter Ego of God . He is the first Divine Archangel, hence – like the first emanation, he is in the middle. The second emanation is the Earthly Matter, symbolized here with neutral gray; for it contains both the blackness of the Earth and the blue of the Sky. Another emanation is Adam – the Spirit; the orange color symbolizes spontaneous energy, the youth of a newly created man. Eve is a dark green color – she is an emanation of Adam, later identified (I am talking about the Mother of God) with the blessed human matter. With the spiritual body. These are emations, therefore the temporal order of the Garden of Gethsemane, not yet arranged on the timeline.

Module 1 from Eve and 2 depicts the Old Testament – their ratio to module 3 (New Testament) is 45:27 – this is the number of books. Module 2: The Fall of Man begins here. Satan, with the question “Why”, made him real, throwing him into the Abyss of Time . Hence the order of the Old and New Testaments already presents linear temporality . In Gethsemane there was still no identity , that is, some kind of objectivity: She was not separated from God “ same-identity “, asking the question “ how “, not” for-what “. A thing with its own identity is autonomous, separate from other things, hence Adam and Eve, realizing their separateness, cover their genitals out of embarrassment. Satan – according to Paweł Florenski and Władysław Panas, Orthodox theologians, Snake-Binarius , the Lord of division. Hence, in bankruptcy, when the abyss-difference draws Matter, Adam and Eve into itself, there is separation-differentiation. Binarius difference is the abyss of Time, hence its linearity. It extends throughout the history of the Old and New Testaments, emanating this kind of demonicity, which in the paradox of a God incomprehensible by man, turns out to be sacred – hence, according to the idea of ​​ Universal Apocatastasis , from the very beginning of his fall, man was not deprived of Providence – for even Satan will be saved by returning to God as His modus – Alter Ego. Therefore, the abyss – Binarius Difference, radiates the light of life – orange, fire breaking through the darkness of the Sea like Moses; therefore dark ultramarine, representing the sea and the flood as Dies Irae , and the blue, providential “clasp” (God of the Old Testament told the Chosen People that His color was blue).

Module 3 is the New Testament . The proportions are reversed: God – here who is no longer angry God, separated from Man by the endless seas, is getting closer and closer to the abyss, he comes towards the difference – he is closer to Man, hence – as the God of Life, he has the color green. He is surrounded by the bright green of the emerging grain – because he is the sower who will return and reap the harvest. Christ dies on the cross. The purple stripe, ending biblical history, is the color of Christ’s death and waiting for the Resurrection . He descends into the abyss of Binarius, bringing out Adam and Eve – two purple squares, still separated from the darkness, still dark, still fearful – but with hope. Violet color perfectly illustrates blood mixed with mourning, fear – with the hope for a New Life . Binarius is running out of time. At the Cross, he desperately shouts the question: “For-What ?!”, repeating to God, as it were, next to Jesus screaming “ Eli Lama Sabachtani ” – that the Abyss-difference itself served some purpose. She was at the service of the Resurrection – not the other way around. “Eli Lama Sabachtani” is the Old Man’s cry – bodies which in the difference / identity are still only corpus , the “for-what” of identity-factualness. The spiritual body of Christ – God leaves the corpus, hence the exclamation is parallel to the exclamation of Satan. Now that I have embraced faith in the Idea of ​​Apocatastasis and Satan’s salvation, the very difference is already left in the abandoned time of the dead Old Man’s body. God of metaphysics, still not performing Theosis , only analyzing and in desperate escapes from the mortal body seeking identity with the state of eternity, making extrapolations into imaginary afterlife, towards various deifications, reifications, creating eidos / ideas – Truth, essence / existence, substance, noumenality, where logoi (concept), or human nomos (law) replaced the Logos – nomos of God. This God of extrapolation has died. As Nietzsche says, “We killed him.”

Module 4 illustrates the reversal of all these relationships. Animated (deified in Theosis, i.e. resurrected / risen from mortal time) the Body becomes the Word (Logos), Spirit Body as before the fall Word Body it happened , and in the fall – it differed, fell into a dead corpus, and additionally separated from logoi, that incomplete, not the same with God equivalent of the Logos. Hence, among others the truth-discourses of metaphysics emerged, aiming at the substantial, noumenal Truth, in which the signifier aimed at genuine identification with the signified, the concept – with the indicated thing, instead of the truth-Being, this version of the living, corporeal fisis, being a surface that radiates life, not the depth of despair. “There is no depth. There is only the surface. It is the surface that is the depth, ”says Nietzsche. The orange square shines on the inside because it is the life of the New Man, the God-man-Christ saying, “I am God, yea also be gods.” Satan, Christ, God, Man, Matter – emanate living light, flying into the already clear space of Theosis.
