6 dimensions of reality

Here is a graphic of 6 dimensions of reality. On the basis of this model, you can work with people therapeutically, coaching, advising and with companies, developing their strategy and improving management. This is one of the main foundations of the CVP method, built on the discoveries of Carl Jung. Thanks to this view, you are guaranteed a holistic and integral view of the person and the company.

Fact 1:

Most coaching methods focus on achieving goals rather than deeper self-knowledge.

Myth 1: “Coaching is crucial to the development of people and companies”

Coaching is not the answer to all worries and problems. This is just one of the tools. Being a coach, you are not able to always and every time be a great support for people or companies. It’s too narrow a view.

Technique for EGO

You need many different methods to work with the ego. Otherwise, your ego will consume you. And our task is to tame the ego and free ourselves from the extremes of the ego, such as: sick ambition, comparison, excessive criticism, perfectionism.

One method is by asking questions. This is the basis of coaching, but in the Change Value Process the idea is the ability to circulate around the client through 10 different categories of questions (about 30 questions in total), which guarantee that the so-called tight conversation – the client will not escape into wrong thinking.

During the webinar (at the 23rd minute) we practiced two questions of healthy thinking (there are 6 in total).

  1. Does this thinking support you?
  2. What are the risks of this thinking?

Fact 2:

A remarkable discovery of coaching, all the fathers and mothers of the founders of this idea and method are questions and their role in communication. Now it seems obvious, but still most parents, bosses, experts talk more than listen, impose more than ask. And often it is only through questions that we can come to a solution. We don’t appreciate it yet, but the global coaching movement has contributed a lot to future generations.

Fact 3:

To be good at asking questions in coaching you need to:

  • Know the questions, their types and mechanisms.
  • Be mindful and focused.
  • To listen between the lines.
  • Be patient.
  • Ask questions on point
  • To feel subtleties.

Myth 2: “Questions and listening are the key to success”

Coaching questions and listening often do not provide a solution in business. First you need to gain respect, authority, so that they want to talk to you. If you sometimes start asking without showing your knowledge, you will lose authority. At the same time, participants of workshops or coaching often first need knowledge and hints before they can answer questions on their own. You have to look at the human being integrally and not follow the idea of fix!

Myth 3: Man has enough resources to deal with any problem

On the one hand, this attitude is beautiful. Partly true. But it is only true if it is not blocked by fear and strong resistance. Sometimes simple questions and self-reflection will help, just as often, without looking deep, we won’t move. Oscar Wilde once said: Don’t be afraid of the shadows. If there is a shadow, there is a light source. That is why the ability to work through the shadow is so important, not just asking questions and positive visualizations.

Technique for the shadow

Working with the shadow of a human or the shadow of an organization is one of the most important tasks of a CVP Advisor. This is the key to the actual change inside the person and to real changes in the company. If we suppress something, displace it, choke it, sweep it under the rug, sooner or later we will regret it.

There is a so-called light shadow and dark shadow. White shadow is our hidden talents, potential, possibilities that are blocked, among others fear, anger, sadness. The dark shadow is our repressed bad memories, negative emotions that we used to be unable to work through. These are personal or corporate taboo topics.

I have a saying: If you want to grow as a person or as a company, sometimes you have to start dreaming and set ambitious goals. Sometimes, however, you have to stop fighting by force. You need to free yourself from what is holding you back and then the stars will come to you.

On the webinar from 37 minutes you will find an exercise that I guide you through, which allows you to release a white shadow – the so-called “Releasing the potential of a bright shadow.”

To work with shadows you need:

  1. Understand the mechanisms of the subconscious mind.
  2. Have tools to work with locks.
  3. Work your shadows.
  4. Be careful.
  5. To listen between the lines.
  6. Be patient.
  7. Ask questions on point
  8. To feel subtleties.

Fact 4:

In order to work for many years as a coach, therapist, psychologist, counselor, trainer, you need to take care of your emotions and mind health and safety. You need to constantly work on yourself, thoughts and shadows. Otherwise, this beautiful job focused on helping will burn you out in a few years. That is why working with your own shadow is so important!

Myth 4: “Just believe what you are doing, be good at it and everything will work out, money will come.”

A beautiful assumption that I would agree with as long as … you don’t have a shadow blocking you, it eats you from the inside out. Often, coaches, therapists, psychologists have money in the shadow, i.e. they do not allow themselves to earn good earnings, negate a higher standard of living, are ashamed of money, are afraid to take money for help. This leads to them helping others, but barely making ends meet. I work for half free without realizing how much energy this work costs. They think that by doing good they will get the same in return. Good returns, but not enough to support the family, develop. We will not receive as much as we give if there is a shadow within us that devours what comes to us.

Technique for Archetype

The archetype is a pattern that guides us deeply in the human subconscious. I call it “soul personality.” The archetype heavily rules us and guides our lives. These are deeply coded directions for our lives. Whether we like it or not, we will usually lose when we fight them. Unless we can work with them.

One of the techniques at this level is to work with “Inner Wisdom”, that is, your intuition. You will find it in about 52 minutes of the recording.

In the context of working with depth, one of the most important and most difficult questions for a human being at this level is: “How to distinguish true intuition from the EGO or FEAR?”

To work with an archetype you need:

  • Know the mechanisms of archetypes.
  • Understand the dangers.
  • To catch the difference between ego, archetype and essence.

Finally, I wish you to develop integrally! He subdue the ego, released the shadow, and discovered his archetype. All this leads to what I call the power of calm, which is a state in which you have confidence, power, courage and efficiency, as well as balance, balance, inner peace. When you have it, the world is wide open. But it takes hours, days, months, years of work to have it.
