Very often, what companies present at CES becomes a cult object within a few years: this was the case with smart home items, with dorns or with the first Xbox model.
What will be presented at CES 2018?
We will pay great attention to the world of artificial intelligence. After years of absence, Google decided to reappear at CES with an ad hoc event dedicated to Google Assistant, a personal assistant that made its debut in Italy on Android smartphones at the end of the year. LG and Samsung, on the other hand, will focus mainly on smart home devices and OLED TVs (with new models with a resolution of 8K). After a successful 2017, electric cars are also set to return to CES 2018. Mercedes has already announced a showcase where it will show the new “digital” A-Class dashboard (which will make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show in mid-March). But Ford, BMW and other big companies will also be there, ready to showcase the latest technology that will be integrated into cars.

The Consumer Electronics Show is the most important technology fair taking place every year in the world. All the hi-tech companies are present, and the stands offer virtually everything from smartphones to the most extravagant devices. But when and where does CES take place? This usually takes place in the first week of January, right after New Year’s Eve. This year it will be different: CES 208 begins on January 8 and ends on January 12. Samsung, between smartphones and TV
The South Korean company is always one of the most anticipated in American Kermesh. Last year, it unveiled both the Harman Kardon smart car system and smart home devices that can be controlled via a smartphone. What is it going to do for 2018? From the rumors that have surfaced in recent weeks, it seems that Samsung is about to unveil some new smartphone models. It will almost certainly launch new models from the A series (2018), which will install an Infinity Display screen with an aspect ratio of 18: 9. But there are rumors that there may also be a surprise. Galaxy S9? Galaxy X? Foldable smartphone? Very difficult. What Sony will show at CES 2018

Dell XPS 13 inch
The Consumer Electronics Show in recent years was the place where Dell presented the new version of the 13-inch XPS. And it will be no different in 2018. The rumors that have leaked in recent weeks show that the 2018 Dell XPS 13 “is to have three USB Type-C ports, a MicroSD card slot and an Infinity Edge display. “Established” businesses will also be in the spotlight with some ad hoc events. Mercedes will show the new interior of the A-Class, which will make its market debut in the second quarter of 2018. There will also be information on driving assistance and artificial intelligence in cars. Logically, Google, LG, Sony and Samsung will not be the only stars of the 2018 Consumer Electronics Show. On the contrary. Most likely, the most innovative devices will be presented by companies from the underworld. Among the large companies that are worth paying attention to are Asus, HP, Intel, Lenovo, Nikon. Nvidia, HTC, Acer and Razer. Huawei’s CEO is expected to deliver an inaugural speech on the company’s new solutions for connected home, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things. Intel’s CEO is also to present new products of the American company for artificial intelligence, virtual reality, self-driving cars and 5G connectivity. Finally, an area dedicated to the world of sport will make its debut at CES 2018: there will be not only fitness trackers and smartwatches, but also solutions from various companies that facilitate the analysis of data collected by teams and the use of augmented and virtual reality in daily training.
